VAPORESSO GEN 220W MOD:
The Vaporesso Gen 220W is a dual-18650 box mod offering adjustable output from 5W to 220W. Designed for users who want a high-power, configurable device, the GEN combines a straightforward layout.
A 0.91" OLED screen provides the device’s display, while the front mounted controls include a fire button, up and down adjustment buttons and a mode/confirm button. The device can also lock the adjustment and mode buttons to help prevent accidental changes to settings. Although the device also features a Micro-USB charging port, it is advised to use an extternal battery charger such as the Nitecore i2 or Nitecore i4 for safety reasons. It is powered by two 18650 Batteries which are installed through the device’s battery compartment. The device supports a resistance range of 0.03Ω to 5.0Ω, providing compatibility with a wide range of atomiser builds within the device’s supported operating range.
At the heart of the Gen is Vaporesso’s AXON chipset which offers several operating options, including Pulse Mode, Power ECO Mode, Smart Temperature Control and a configurable DIY Mode. Pulse Mode is the default mode and is designed to provide continued power delivery during an inhale. Power ECO mode is intended to help extend battery life, while Smart Temperature Control can automatically recognise supported coil materials and simplify temperature control setup. DIY Mode provides additional control including Variable Wattage (VW-H, VW-N, VW-S), Variable Voltage (VV), Variable Temperature (VT-SS, VT-NI, VT-TI), Custom Curve of Wattage (CCW), Bypass Mode and Super Player Mode. The device also features automatic coil-material and resistance recognition when a tank is installed, helping to simplify initial setup.
