At Vapro, we do our best to ensure speedy order fulfilment and shipping. Most orders are shipped the very same day! Below, you’ll find details about our shipping processes, costs, and what to do in case of delayed or incorrect deliveries.

Order Processing:

Orders Placed Before 3PM (Monday-Saturday): Guaranteed same-day dispatch.

Orders Placed After 3PM (Monday-Saturday): Dispatched the following day.

Packaging:

We value your privacy. Each order is placed in a standard An Post Padded envelope or a Plain White Padded Envelope. The only identifying factor on these envelopes is our return address.

Shipping Costs:

For Orders Under €80: 

Standard An Post Delivery: €6.50

Tracked An Post Delivery: €12.00

For Orders Over €80:

Standard An Post Delivery: Free

Tracked An Post Delivery: €5.50

Shipping Notes:

While we aim to deliver each order quickly, deliveries are subject to the couriers schedule.

An Post Delivery typically takes anywhere from 1-5 working days to deliver. Sometimes, delays may occur.

Postal Services do not operate during Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Delivery Delays:

If you have not received your order within 7 working days, feel free to contact us using the Live Chat button at the bottom right of each page, through our Contact Us Page, or by emailing us at info@vaprovapes.ie. We will then investigate and try to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Goods Received:

If your order arrives with the incorrect products, please contact us and we will investigate and do our best to rectify the issue in a timely manner.
